Contract-This contract represents the total agreement between Junkyard Bulldogs/Lauren Capser and the buyer. Please read entire contract. Download and print contract using Office Word click this printer

Deposit- A deposit of $400.00 can be paid to hold a puppy or certain pick of the litter. Full payment must be received before shipping is scheduled/puppy is released. Deposits are not refundable but can be applied toward a different litter. If you decide you don't want a puppy you forfeit your deposit. Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis. If you put a deposit down you will not be able to pick which puppy you want until the pup is 4 weeks old. Your puppy will be released at 7-8 weeks old.

Forms of payment- Cashiers check, money order, check (must be received 10 days before puppy is released) money gram or cash. Paypal available (please contact me first)

Shipping-Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes flight crate, vet certificate and actual shipping costs. These costs will be added to the price of the puppy. Shipping costs can range from $250.00-$300.00 depending where you live. You can have the pup sent by commercial airline(I will make arrangements).You will receive a reference # and will know all arrangements.Or you can pick your pup up at my home.

Puppies health Guarantee- Puppies will be health checked by my veterinarian before they are purchased. Our puppies are guaranteed to be free of life threatening debilitating genetic health problems diagnosed within the puppies first year of age.

No cash refunds available on the guarantee. The buyer is responsible for the transportation costs for there new puppy. Also please note the seller is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses accumulated on a replaced puppy. Full medical documentation from two different animal clinics must explicitly identify that the cause of the puppies defect is genetically related and life threatening or debilitating. Whether the buyer decides to keep the original puppy or return it to Junkyard Bulldogs is up to the buyer, you will still receive a replacement puppy. The original puppy must be spayed or neutered before a replacement is given.

Please avoid taking your new pup to public areas where other dogs have been until your puppy is fully immunized. Parvo can last a long time in an environment and no replacement puppy will be given in a case of parvo.

Our puppies are pure bred Olde Bulldogges and will be registered with the Victorian Bulldogge Association (VBA) and/or (CKC) Continental Kennel Club. Temporary registration papers are provided at the time of purchase or by U.S. mail. In order to ensure proper socialization pups will not be released before they are seven weeks of age.

If the puppy does not pass health check(you will be notified), the pup will be replaced with a puppy of equivalent value. Only if a puppy is not available the buyer can receive a refund of all moneys paid or put all moneys toward the next litter. Please note, once a puppy is sold and delivered there is no cash refunds available.

All puppies are vaccinated at age 6 weeks old. Puppies are wormed at 2 weeks old and every 2 weeks until they go to there home. There tails will be docked or will have a natural pump handle tail.. (unless otherwise requested by buyer) You will be provided your puppies health record, immunization schedule, and registered papers.

IMPORTANT: In the case where a deposit has been made and a puppy has not been paid for in full by the age of 7 weeks old, the buyer will be contacted and given 72 hours to respond to seller and make late payment arrangements. If the buyer can not be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours the seller will assume the buyer has changed their mind and the Buyer forfeits pup and any and all deposits and payments made to date. If the seller is contacted and late payment arrangements are agreed upon...the seller will hold the puppy for the buyer. If a puppy can not be picked up/shipped by age 10 weeks, a $25 per week boarding fee and any other expenses occurred (Shots, worming's) will be charged to the buyer.

Buyer Commitments-Buyer is responsible for daily health care & immunizations recommended after purchase. Buyer agrees to provide proper shelter, food, water and keep the pup up to date on all vaccinations and worming's. If for any reason you are no longer able to take care for said dog. We will take him/her back. Do not take the dog to an animal shelter. In the event the dog is later sold the seller will have first opportunity to repurchase the dog at a sum not to exceed the original purchase price. Buyer agrees not to use dog/puppy for illegal purposes, not to abuse, neglect or crop ears of said dog. Buyer agrees to use the kennel name “Junkyard Bulldogs” as the prefix in the puppies registered name.

Failure to comply with Buyer Commitments will result in seller taking repossession of said animal with no refund or puppy replacement.

Breeding Rights-This puppy is being sold on (Please initial which registration you want) If a puppy is being sold with a spay/neuter promise, then the buyer must have pup spayed/neutered before the age of 8-12 months. Proof of the alteration is due at pups age of 12 months old and must include a copy of the vets certificate and or statement/record. If you want full breeding rights you will be extensively screened ahead of time so contact me.
